QFI offers a full range of document conversion services, including pre and post conversion document handling, paper (hard copy) and digital (source format) document conversion, drawing and map conversion, microform (microfilm, microfiche, and aperture card) conversion, data list format (.dlf) for JEDMICS, output to multiple PDF, TIFF, and other industry standard file formats, OCR, data entry, legal document tagging, markup language tagging and validation (SGML, HTML, XML), and structured indexing – including military indexing such as those associated with MIL-PRF-29532 (A), form and survey scanning, data extraction, data accuracy validation services, HIPPA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and ADA Section 508 compliant output.

QFI uses many, high-speed production level scanners, including models from Kodak, Ricoh, Böwe Bell & Howell, and Contex. These scanners provide robust performance with a complete feature set including; highly reliable automatic document feeders, fragile document handling, the capability to process page sizes from 2.1” x 2.9” to many feet on both axis, bi-tonal, color and grayscale output, and robust daily duty cycles.
