Facility

The QFI production facility is secure. Access to the facility is limited to QFI personnel and escorted guests only. The facility is locked at all times, monitored by electronic devices, and patrolled by police.

Personnel

Every employee is bound by a blanket confidentiality agreement; signed by personnel as a requirement of the employment process. Additional personnel security levels are available, from background checks to federal security clearances.

Requirements Adherence

Each document conversion project begins with document check-in, where the project is given a name and is entered into our Job Tracking system, a proprietary system developed in-house.  As materials are received they are labeled with information such as the client name, a project designation (to accurately account for more than one project from an organization), delivery number, box number, and received date. Received documents are inventoried, checked against any user supplied list, and a discrepancy report is generated if applicable. The production management staff writes a project procedures document. Project tasks are assigned to operators and training is performed. Each operator is provided with an overview of the project, written procedures for executing their specific task(s), and performance requirements.  This information is also contained in our electronic job tracking system, along with project requirements and operator records. Once a document is in our system, we know exactly where it is and which operator performed each process – from receipt, preparation, scanning, and indexing to final QA, delivery, and document disposition.
