From there, you and your employees are able to access this information instantly. We are able to convert a wide variety of documents into electronic, scanned images, including:
- Paper records (from standard weight to “onion skin”)
- Legal files
- Human resources files
- AP/AR, invoices, and bills/receipts
- Medical records and patient charts
- Fragile, archival, and historical documents
- Engineering and oversized drawings
- Aperture cards
- Books, newspapers, magazines, and journals
- Photos, graphics, and artwork
- Films, slides, and other transparent formats (including X-rays and Mylar drawings)
“Document imaging” solely refers to the process of capturing and converting paper-based files to electronic images, but at QFI, Inc., we offer so much more; we offer solutions. We’ve provided document imaging and management solutions to all types of businesses and organizations, from law firms and insurance agencies to local government organizations and membership societies. Each project is a unique case, and our team will work with you to ensure that every step of the document imaging process will help your business, your work processes, and your bottom line.
Always Reliable Document Imaging with QFI, Inc.
In today’s fast-paced environment, document imaging can help streamline your business and give you the competitive edge you need to succeed.
At QFI, Inc., our process is built around maximizing your efficiency and return. Our approach starts with a consultation with you where we determine exactly what you need and how you need it done.
Before the project starts, we will perform a small-scale sample document imaging conversion that helps us gain a detailed knowledge of your expectations and what the project itself will involve. Once you’re comfortable with the process, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the project and how we will complete it on time, on spec, and within budget.
The Devil Is In the Details
In our business more than most, the old adage “the devil is in the details” applies. The extent to which an organization and conversion vendor understands the requirement details will largely determine final cost, and, ultimately, the success of the project. At QFI, Inc., we manage every aspect of every document imaging job to ensure you get everything you need, every time.
